If you wish to return goods, please complete our return form below.
We request all returnable item(s) to be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
Once you have received your order you will have a 7 day cooling-off period in which you have the right to cancel your purchase if you change your mind and receive a full refund. We are obliged to refund your payment in full within 30 days of your cancellation.

Should you wish to cancel your order within 7 days we will refund your payment in full. If you have paid by credit or debit card through the website your refund will be made directly to your card with 30 days of your cancellation. If you have paid by any other means your refund will be made by cheque which will be posted to you at the billing address you provided us within 30 days of cancellation.
If you wish to cancel your order before it has been despatched a full refund will be processed for you. If your order has been despatch prior to cancellation it is your responsibility to return the items to us.
All Herbs & Supplements a long with all Treats can not be returned.
In the unlikely event of an order taking longer then 30 days to deliver a full refund will be offered if you choose to cancel your order.
If your ordering more then one item and any item(s) is damaged a full refund will be given within 30 days from been notified for the item(s), or items may be exchanged.
If item(s) need to be ordered to full fill your order and takes more then 14 days (Monday - Friday) we will email you with the option to cancel if you would rather not wait.
All items must be in their own packaging with their labels attached, unsoiled and in good condition for resale.
If you are returning rugs they must be CLEAN and DRY and must only be fitted for size over a sheet. Rugs that come back to us in an unsaleable condition will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Post and package on all returns are at the customer’s own expense.
When returning goods make sure you obtain a certificate of posting from your post office.
